Mirox is a Lisbon-based company building autonomous PPC for Amazon sellers. The system proposes every bid through sixteen specialised agents and writes a full reason next to it — so sellers can defend the spend to a CFO without opening a spreadsheet. Seven safety layers, including an inventory watch, sit between the model and the ad budget. Mirox runs natively on nine Amazon marketplaces, hosts on managed VPS in Lisbon, Portugal, and charges a flat fee — never a percentage of ad spend. Shadow Mode is free.

The founder of Mirox is a software engineer and former operator. A decade of multi-tenant SaaS for European customers; this is the first venture EU-headquartered from day one. The product reflects one stated belief: the AI making decisions on a seller's ad budget should be able to explain every one of them — to the seller, and to the seller's boss.
