About Mirox · Lisbon, Portugal

The AI that shows its work.
Built in Europe, on purpose.

Mirox, LDA is a Lisbon company building autonomous PPC for Amazon sellers. One product, one belief — that the AI making decisions on your ad budget should be able to explain every one of them. To you, and to your boss.

Why we exist

Why we exist

Amazon PPC has become a black box you are asked to trust with rising rent.

Your CPC is up 15.5% year over year. Industry surveys put 30 to 40 percent of seller ad spend on poorly-optimised campaigns — and the tools you pay to fix it cannot tell you which 30 to 40 percent. The category answer has been more AI, less explanation. Spend more, trust harder, hope the algorithm is on your side.

We do not think that is good enough. Mirox is the answer in the other direction: sixteen specialised agents that each leave a trace next to the bid they propose, seven safety layers between the AI and your ad budget, and a free Shadow Mode that runs on your real account so you can read every decision the system would have made before any cent moves.

EU-native multi-marketplace from day one — because UK-to-Germany campaigns without localisation cost sellers 28% in ACoS and 42% in CTR, and the data has been on the record for two years. Per-marketplace thresholds, currencies, rate limits and multilingual semantic — first-class architecture, not flags on a US-first product.

We launched a private cohort of ten founding members in 2026 Q2 to make sure the trust curve and the case-study curve travelled together. Once the first three case studies sign, we open the door wider.

What we believe

Four things, in order. Every release earns or loses ground on one of them.

Transparency

"Every decision, on the record."

A bid carries the Bayesian conversion estimate, the relevance score, the agent that proposed it, the alternatives ruled out, and the safety gates that were checked. Pull the CSV. Defend it to a CFO.

Safety

"Seven layers between the AI and your money."

Global and per-marketplace kill switches. ROAS circuit breaker. Spend anomaly trip. Amazon-API fault auto-pause. Stale-data haircuts. Recovery floor. An inventory watch that softens bids before a stockout, not after.

Intelligence

"Real models, not rules dressed up as AI."

Sixteen specialised agents — each with its own decision logic and its own trace. Bayesian priors that produce sensible bids from hour one. Asymmetric semantic embeddings that read product copy and search queries as the different kinds of text they are.

EU-native

"Built in Europe, for European sellers."

Per-marketplace thresholds, currencies, timezones, regional rate limiters, multilingual semantic. DE, FR, IT, ES, UK first-class — not a US tool with a translation layer bolted on.

How we get paid

A flat fee. Never a percentage of your ad spend.

Most of the category charges 3% of ad spend on top of a base fee. That makes the vendor's revenue rise with the bill it is supposed to lower. We took the percentage out of the model. €149, €399, or €899 a month — the price is on the page; the price is the price.

Shadow Mode is free. Indefinitely. You connect Amazon Ads, the system runs on your real account in read-only, and you watch what every bid would have been — for as long as you like, before any cent moves. There is no demo wall, no card on file, and no clock counting down on whether the reasoning holds up.

The master line — "The AI that shows its work." — is what we hold ourselves to. If a bid changes and we cannot tell you why, we have not built the feature yet.

What we will not do

A short list, written down so we cannot drift.

  • 01Charge a percentage of your ad spend. We charge a flat fee. We are not aligned with you when our revenue rises with the bill we are supposed to lower.
  • 02Hide pricing behind a demo. Our tiers are public. The price clock is the price clock.
  • 03Run a black box. If a bid changes, we tell you why. If we cannot tell you why, we have not built the feature yet.
  • 04Add Walmart, Instacart, or Google channels. We are an Amazon specialist. Depth beats breadth at our stage.
  • 05Use words like revolutionary, game-changing, leverage, synergy. We describe what the system does, in plain language.
  • 06Sell case studies that have not happened. Every claim on the website is auditable. If a row is wrong, write us.

How we sound

The voice is the product.

"We are not building software. We are building reasoning you can read."
"Trust the algorithm" is what black-box vendors say. Watch it in Shadow Mode. Then decide.
A calm, brilliant advisor — not a rep, not a coach, not a sales engineer. The one who says the thing the room is afraid to say.

The company

Mirox, LDA — Lisbon, Portugal.

We are a small founder-led team. Our infrastructure runs on managed VPS hosting in Lisbon, Portugal, with Hostinger International Ltd. Our cap table, our staff and our compliance posture are EU-resident on purpose — the GDPR alignment is not a tax we pay, it is the architecture we already preferred.

The 2026 Q2 cohort is intentionally ten seats. We would rather over-deliver to ten sellers than under-serve a hundred. By month four we expect three documented case studies live and the door open wider; until then, every cohort seat is a direct line to the team that ships the code.

If you want to talk to us — about a fit, a feature, a comparison row that reads wrong, a vulnerability, or a job — write to info@mirox.pt. We reply.

Two ways in

If this sounds like the tool you wish existed, we built it for you.

Public Shadow Mode opens after the founding cohort wraps in Q3 2026. Spending €5K+/mo? You can take a founding seat now — sixty days free, locked terms, weekly call with the founders.
