Connect
You authorise SP-API and Ads API in under 10 minutes and sign the founding-operator agreement. We mirror your account into a tenant. No bids change.
Days 1–14
Shadow Mode
The agents watch your full account, draft decisions, and log every trace. You see what they would have done. We read your campaigns and your temperament before any money moves.
Day 15
Live activates
Live bidding turns on — you choose how, in your dashboard. Founder eyeballs every active beta daily. Kill switch, Shield, and Sentinel inventory throttle protect every bid.
Days 16–60
Live expands
You expand at your own pace. Founder bi-weekly sync from week 5. Day 60 is the case-study interview. Stay narrow or go wide — your call, your dashboard.

What we expect
Honest fit check
- You spend at least €5,000/month on Amazon ads. Below that, the maths does not work yet.
- You can connect at least one Seller Central or Vendor account in the first week.
- You agree to activate Live by Day 15. You pick how in the dashboard. The kill switch is yours.
- 30 minutes weekly for the first four weeks, then 30 minutes a fortnight. Monthly written feedback (15 minutes). One 30-minute recorded interview at Day 60.
- Public attribution at Day 60 — name and logo, or pseudonym if you prefer.
- You have realistic expectations: this is a 2026 launch, not a Pacvue replacement on day one.

Email us a paragraph: monthly ad spend, marketplaces you sell on, and the most painful thing about how your campaigns run today. We reply within two business days. If it is a fit, we sign the founding-operator agreement that week and start Shadow Mode the same week. Day 15 you activate Live — your call, your dashboard.
